Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze past promotional campaigns to identify and target the most responsive and suitable individuals from Informa’s database.
  • Utilize internal databases to segment audiences for content and promotional marketing campaigns, focusing on improving conversion rates.
  • Drive database structure and coding to allow effective segmentation based on digital and in-person audience interactions.
  • Develop and maintain promotional templates for optimal marketing campaign execution.
  • Provide qualified leads to the sponsorship team and identify optimal ways of reaching leads through internal databases and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Support telemarketing efforts by providing and prioritizing leads to maximize sales.
  • Manage the database build process to ensure responsive and relevant prospects are targeted for future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Analytical mind with strong numeracy skills
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Technically capable with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Curiosity and drive to understand data and trends
  • Experience working with databases (advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in marketing analytics
  • Experience with database marketing and management
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
