Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Help with the maintenance and care of farm equipment and facilities
- Participate in irrigation and pest control activities
- Support livestock management tasks, if applicable
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform manual labor (lifting, standing)
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Capability to assist in resolving basic issues
- Punctuality and strong work ethic
- Understanding of workplace safety practices
- Must be currently in UAE
