Live Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide live stream atmosphere and flow through backend tools and prompts to hosts.
• Manage crisis situations during broadcasts, such as technical issues and negative feedback.
• Plan and develop daily interactive content, scripts, and key points for engagement.
• Serve as the central hub for information on-site, maintaining efficient communication with team members to optimize broadcasts.
• Design and execute interactive games and activities tailored to host and fan preferences.
• Review post-event data, compile reports, and analyze effectiveness to optimize future broadcasts.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in live streaming production control or related roles (especially entertainment/talent-based/interactive e-commerce livestreaming).
• Exceptional communication and empathy skills; able to perceive and energize others.
• Ability to interpret and analyze live streaming data to flag issues.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
• Familiarity with Brazilian market and proficiency in Portuguese (for communication).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English for daily work communication.
• Additional knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
