Learning and Development (L&D) Manager

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with KAYALI’s vision and growth objectives.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps and training needs in all regions.
• Design and deliver leadership programs that inspire, challenge, and support emerging and current leaders.
• Champion structured learning journeys for high-potential employees.
• Lead a dynamic mix of in-person workshops, live virtual training, and digital/structured learning paths across multiple geographies.
• Facilitate engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a seamless and impactful introduction to KAYALI culture.
• Continuously evaluate L&D technologies and recommend enhancements for scalability and effectiveness to distribute high-impact content.
• Enhance digital learning offerings to support scalability and consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional, international teams to understand local needs and adapt programs accordingly.
• Align internal product training with the Global Sales Trainer.
• Support a culture of knowledge sharing, peer learning, and inclusive growth.
• Utilize feedback, analytics, and best practices to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Report on learning outcomes, monitor KPIs, and measure impact on individual and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in learning and development, with strong focus on leadership development in a global context
• Experience working with diverse and international teams
• Proven ability to design and implement blended learning solutions (in-person, virtual, and e-learning)
• Proficient in digital learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
• Expertise in creating impactful digital onboarding experiences
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Creative, adaptable, and passionate about unlocking human potential
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the social production team
• Mentor and develop team members
• Effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines for content delivery
