Job Description
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with KAYALI’s vision and growth objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps and training needs in all regions.
- Design and deliver leadership programs that inspire, challenge, and support emerging and current leaders.
- Champion structured learning journeys for high-potential employees.
- Lead a dynamic mix of in-person workshops, live virtual training, and digital/structured learning paths across multiple geographies.
- Facilitate engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a seamless and impactful introduction to KAYALI culture.
- Continuously evaluate L&D technologies and recommend enhancements for scalability and effectiveness to distribute high-impact content.
- Enhance digital learning offerings to support scalability and consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional, international teams to understand local needs and adapt programs accordingly.
- Align internal product training with the Global Sales Trainer.
- Support a culture of knowledge sharing, peer learning, and inclusive growth.
- Utilize feedback, analytics, and best practices to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Report on learning outcomes, monitor KPIs, and measure impact on individual and organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in learning and development, with strong focus on leadership development in a global context
- Experience working with diverse and international teams
- Proven ability to design and implement blended learning solutions (in-person, virtual, and e-learning)
- Proficient in digital learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Expertise in creating impactful digital onboarding experiences
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative, adaptable, and passionate about unlocking human potential
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the social production team
- Mentor and develop team members
- Effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines for content delivery
