Land Sport Animator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and present small and large scale activities independently or with other Resort Activities Animators in an adult environment.
• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of all activity programs before, during, and after facilities are open/activities end.
• Interact with and supervise all adults participating in activities, ensuring a safe environment for all ages.
• Contribute new activity ideas and support the future development of Resort Activities and other programs.
• Carry out all other tasks as assigned by the Entertainment Manager or Executive Team.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Current Standard First Aid with CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recreational environment with adults
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and good team spirit
• Previous experience hosting games, crafts, activities, and interactive programming
• Must be physically fit and able to conduct all activities in any weather, including walking, playing sports, and water sports
