Junior Stew - Below 16m - 30m Yachts

Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Support service operations including welcome service, drinks, table setup, and guest requests
• Assist in food and beverage delivery with a polished, attentive approach
• Uphold a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times

Housekeeping & Presentation

• Maintain guest cabins, indoor lounges, and common areas to high standards
• Assist with laundry, folding, pressing, and cabin turn-down service
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and towels as required

Support & Teamwork

• Follow direction from senior stews and assist across all interior duties
• Maintain hygiene, organisation, and readiness across all service and guest areas
• Proactively support team during busy periods, charters, and events

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in hostessing, waitressing, or hotel F&B service
• Strong eye for detail, excellent presentation, and positive attitude
• Confident, well-groomed, and guest-focused
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to guest needs
• Fluent English speaker with clear communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or hospitality events
• Familiarity with housekeeping procedures or yacht interior standards
• Additional language skills
