Junior Back-End Engineer (1-3 Yrs)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side logic for banking applications
• Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure robust and efficient database interactions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize back-end processes

Requirements

• 1–3 years back-end development experience in banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of server-side languages (Java, Python, or C#)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration
• Understanding of development best practices and design patterns
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
