IT Manager (European/Western)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on‑site IT infrastructure located in SAIF Zone, Sharjah.
• Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows Server environments (2008, 2012).
• Configure and support Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 and email systems.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions and group policies.
• Ensure backups, disaster recovery readiness and security patching.
• Provide technical leadership, vendor coordination and support escalation.
• Deliver end‑user support, incident resolution and IT documentation.

Requirements

• University degree
• IT certificate
• Windows Server 2008
• Windows Server 2012
• Exchange Server 2013
• European/American
• UAE resident
• SAIF Zone

Preferred Qualifications

• MCSE or equivalent Microsoft certification
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• 5+ years IT management or senior sysadmin experience
• Strong English communication skills
