IT Intern

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations and systems management
• Work closely with the IT department for troubleshooting technology issues
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment

Requirements

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, or in-person
• Participate in installation and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, peripherals)
• Manage and maintain IT inventory records
• Support system updates, backups, and security protocols
• Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides
• Collaborate on IT projects (migrations, upgrades, rollouts)
• Comply with company IT policies and procedures
