Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support daily IT operations and systems management
- Work closely with the IT department for troubleshooting technology issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
Requirements
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, or in-person
- Participate in installation and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, peripherals)
- Manage and maintain IT inventory records
- Support system updates, backups, and security protocols
- Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides
- Collaborate on IT projects (migrations, upgrades, rollouts)
- Comply with company IT policies and procedures
