Responsibilities
Operations
- Assist with internal processes, tracking tools, and documentation
- Help optimise workflows across sales, finance, and campaign delivery
- Support onboarding logistics and team-wide task coordination
Human Resources (HR)
- Assist in recruitment sourcing, interview coordination, and scheduling
- Support employee onboarding and culture initiatives
- Maintain HR records and help with documentation and compliance
Marketing
- Support the rollout of campaigns and content for key platforms
- Assist in the development of brand materials and case studies
- Coordinate internal assets and track campaign performance
Social Media
- Research and draft content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
- Monitor trends and engagement to suggest new formats
- Help with content scheduling, post design, and reporting
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, Media, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Genuine interest in gaming, media, tech, or startups
- Proactive mindset and strong written/verbal communication skills
