Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively support all aspects of the HR function to deliver effective service to regional operations.
  • Build relationships with HR, Business Line and Department Managers for employee reward, relations, performance management, engagement, change, redundancy, workforce planning, recruitment.
  • Professionally influence business decisions to minimize risk and maximize opportunities cost-efficiently.
  • Plan and prevent financial and reputational risks for the business.
  • Supervise timely onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Develop, report, and improve KPIs for HR team deliverables.
  • Supervise and allocate tasks within the Middle East HR team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission monthly.
  • Review contractual documents, handbooks, policies/procedures for compliance and best practice.
  • Manage timely renewal of insurance benefits and policies.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and mobility teams for secondment and related tax implications.
  • Conduct regular meetings with assigned business areas to proactively advise on HR issues.
  • Advise and participate in disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Manage employment claims and highlight risk proactively.
  • Ensure Emiratization terms are upheld.
  • Maintain HR database and organization charts in real time.
  • Support bids and proposal submissions with relevant HR data.
  • Participate in recruitment and networking events.
  • Ensure offboarding steps and EOSB calculations are accurate.
  • Organize regular employee engagement activities.
  • Deliver timely HR services to employees.

Requirements

  • Chartered Member CIPD or significant, demonstrable HR experience at lead level in similar role.
  • Experience delivering confidential, professional HR service.
  • Accuracy in reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Middle East labor laws, payroll data inputs, EOSB.
  • Demonstrates commercial awareness.

  • Adaptability and willingness to participate in wider HR team activities as needed.
