Job Description
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive, representing the brand professionally
- Manage large guest volumes during peak hours, effectively handling the waiting list
- Adapt and adjust approach as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to address customer concerns promptly and professionally
