Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, representing the brand professionally
• Manage large guest volumes during peak hours, effectively handling the waiting list
• Adapt and adjust approach as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to address customer concerns promptly and professionally
