Head of Marketing and Communications ADSW

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of ADSW marketing and communications strategies to position ADSW as a leading global sustainability platform
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, PR, events and partner channels
• Oversee brand, content, and creative direction for ADSW
• Manage media relations, stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships
• Coordinate with Masdar business units to ensure alignment with corporate mission and objectives
• Lead a cross-functional team, external agencies and vendors; manage budgets and performance metrics
• Monitor campaign performance, insights and reporting to optimise ROI and attendee / stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years senior marketing experience, including large events
• Proven event marketing and communications expertise
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, systems and processes
• Demonstrable experience managing agencies and multi-channel campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and reporting capability
• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant master’s degree from a top-tier institution (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, mass media or related discipline
• Prior experience leading marketing for major international events
• Deep understanding of sustainability sector and clean energy landscape
