Graduate Site Engineer - Supervision (UAE Nationals)

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to monitor project progress and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records of construction activities.
• Participate in quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on-site.
• Support the implementation of engineering solutions to address on-site challenges.
• Contribute to the development and execution of project schedules.
• Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid UAE national certification (خلاصة القيد).
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internships or co-op experiences in construction or engineering fields.
• Knowledge of the local construction industry and regulations.
