Graduate - Site Engineer - Supervision إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day supervision and monitoring of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Support the preparation and review of technical documentation, reports, and site records.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct inspections and report on progress, safety, and quality issues.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical challenges under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in regular site meetings and provide input on construction progress and potential improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AECOM’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Participate in quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025).
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Strong academic performance.
• Keen interest in site-based engineering work.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
• Available to start September 2025.
• UAE National with valid family book (Emiratisation compliance).
