Graduate Cost Consulting (Civil Engineers) – UAE Nationals (خلاصة القيد)

Responsibilities

• Assist Quantity Surveying staff with both pre-contract and post-contract deliverables for the assets/buildings team
• Work under the supervision of a senior Project Surveyor
• Complete the measurement of quantities for cost plans, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
• Support in the preparation of tender documentation, viability studies, and cost estimates
• Implement, maintain, and monitor cost control procedures throughout project lifecycle
• Support input related to financial claims and evaluate variations, additions, omissions for monthly cost reports
• Prepare, price, and negotiate change orders with clients and contractors
• Market test rates and analyse tender returns for rate databases and estimates
• Help maintain technical library, cost data, benchmarks, and databases for life cycle cost analysis
• Support report formatting, data management, and quality assurance procedures across core service lines
• Conduct primary research as required by project scope under supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (accredited university)
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025)
• Minimum GPA 2.8 or equivalent
• UAE National holding a valid family book
