Graduate Coordinator - Design Management/Architecture (UAE Nationals)

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage design processes for small to medium-scale projects
• Support Design Managers in planning and defining scopes, schedules, and information flow
• Coordinate with technical design teams to track design inputs and ensure timely issue resolution
• Prepare and update logs, trackers, and reports for deliverables, RFIs, risks, and changes
• Review deliverables for alignment with client expectations and contract requirements
• Maintain documentation and drive design efficiency across projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design Management, Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited university
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025)
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher
• UAE Nationals holding a valid family book only (required by UAE labor law)
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Team player and fast learner
