Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in person
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
- Support charter, sales, and yacht management teams
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Coordinate with marina staff and service providers as needed
Requirements
- Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience (yacht or hospitality industry preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industry-specific CRM or booking systems
- Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) considered a plus
