Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in person
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
  • Support charter, sales, and yacht management teams
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Coordinate with marina staff and service providers as needed

Requirements

  • Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience (yacht or hospitality industry preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with industry-specific CRM or booking systems
  • Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) considered a plus
