Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for greeting visitors and callers.
  • Manage the reception area, ensure a tidy and organized space, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide information about the company to visitors and callers.
  • Accomplish basic administrative duties, including maintaining office deliveries and supplies.
  • Send and sort faxes, maintain conference room schedules, and assist with special meetings and events.
  • Place service calls for building management to ensure a well-maintained office.
  • Use Word, Excel, Outlook, and office forms for administrative functions.
  • Perform various office tasks such as typing, mailing, and maintaining supplies.

Requirements

  • UAE National with a valid family book (Emiratisation program).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
