Engine Operator - Crew/Deckhand

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain vessel engines and machinery in accordance with safety standards
• Perform routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure proper engine functioning
• Assist with vessel navigation, docking, and cargo handling as needed
• Maintain accurate engine room logs and reports
• Comply with all maritime safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Valid Engine Operator License (Required)
• Valid Seaman’s Book and STCW certifications
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and marine engine operation
• Physically fit and able to work in offshore or demanding environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
