Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly digital learning environments incorporating multimedia and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure the learning management system addresses all relevant needs across learning and development.
- Train and support educators on effective technology integration, including software, digital resources, and use of the LMS.
- Lead implementation of projects, programs, and initiatives using educational technology, including AI, stakeholder communication, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Research and stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical strategies, proposing innovative solutions for learning and development.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for educational technology tools and platforms for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in educational technology or instructional design (Master’s preferred) with professional certification in technology integration.
- Minimum two years experience as an educational technologist in a higher education setting.
- Experience with instructional design, e-learning platforms, and digital content creation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly creative and innovative mindset.
- Adaptable and resilient.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in educational technology or related field.
- Proven ability to implement AI-driven learning solutions.
- Familiarity with creative learning environments within adult education.
