Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation and logistics operations for field teams and drivers
• Monitor and track shipments, vehicles, and personnel in real time using GPS and dispatch software
• Communicate updates, instructions, and ETA changes to drivers, clients, and internal teams
• Respond to emergencies and reroute resources to maintain timely delivery and safety
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, schedules, incidents, and vehicle movements
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local transportation regulations
• Optimize routing and resource allocation to improve efficiency
