Digital Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, email marketing, and social platforms.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.
• Design and execute winning sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
• Deliver impactful product demos and tailored sales presentations to decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and ensure win-win outcomes.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships, proactively solving problems and adding value.
• Stay ahead of the curve by tracking digital trends, competitors, and emerging tech.
• Use insights from market research to fine-tune messaging and identify growth opportunities.
• Guide and mentor sales team members to exceed their targets.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams for unified go-to-market approach.
• Monitor sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Present actionable insights and forecasts to leadership for strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in digital or technology sales (preferably IT solutions).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of closing complex deals.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling IT solutions or digital transformation services.
• Native Arabic-speaking nationals are highly preferred.
