Responsibilities
- Drive design vision aligned with project and company goals
- Lead and inspire a team of designers
- Oversee design quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders and project managers
- Enforce brand identity and design guidelines
- Optimize workflows using agile or design sprint methodologies
- Manage resources, tools, and departmental budgets
Requirements
- F&B or Design Studio experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Rendering Software, and MS Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
