Customer Service- Growth Agent

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to users at key drop-off points to recover lost opportunities such as cancelled orders, app uninstalls, and incomplete pickups/drop-offs
• Convert cancellations into completed orders and encourage users who uninstalled the app to reactivate
• Identify barriers for users with scheduled pickups/drop-offs but no orders, and help close these
• Conduct market research to better understand customer needs and gather market insights
• Feed market and customer insights into Product and Marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
• Assist with lead generation campaigns and ensure fast follow-ups with hot leads
• Provide coverage during evenings and weekends to support growth experiments and ad campaigns
• Engage with customers daily to collect product feedback and share with Product and Growth teams to improve the experience

Requirements

• 2-4 years in customer service or outbound customer engagement
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, phone, and email for customer interactions
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Proactive, results-driven, and independent
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
