Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for bank customers in UAE and handle inquiries related to banking channels (mobile banking, internet banking, ATMs).
  • Explain channel capabilities, assist customers with transactions and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with bank teams to resolve escalations and follow up until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate issues per bank procedures.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on product and channel changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Knowledge of banking channels
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • English proficiency
  • Ability to join within 2 weeks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail banking or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Multilingual (Arabic/other regional languages) a plus
  • Experience with digital banking platforms
