Counsel

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise NDAs, service agreements, and internal contracts
• Maintain and ensure consistency in template libraries and legal documents
• Support due diligence processes and onboarding for vendors and partners
• Track contract lifecycles and manage renewal and update needs
• Maintain legal records for multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Assist with board resolutions, shareholder registers, and filings
• Monitor corporate compliance and governance deadlines
• Conduct research on DeFi, token law, and cross-border legal risks
• Summarize legal findings for management; keep abreast of regulatory changes
• Flag risks in contracts and contribute to department documentation and audits
• Draft and maintain SOPs and internal FAQs for the legal team
• Liaise between legal and business teams to clarify contract terms
• Participate in product/marketing reviews and internal collaboration processes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in legal roles (preferably in tech/fintech)
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts
• Exposure to international contracts and governance
• Familiarity with document/process management tools (e.g., Confluence, DocuSign, Jira)
• Strong drafting and legal writing skills; fluency in English
• Knowledge of corporate and contract law principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work with blockchain, crypto, or DeFi legal issues
• Additional language proficiency
• Experience with risk management or regulatory research
• Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, structured, and curious about crypto legal evolution
