Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests upon arrival at marinas, docks, or event venues.
• Escort guests to yachts and assist with onboarding procedures.
• Provide general information about the yacht, crew, and itinerary (if applicable).
• Coordinate with captains, brokers, and crew to ensure smooth guest transitions.
• Offer refreshments and create a welcoming atmosphere during waiting times.
• Assist during yacht shows, charters, and private events as a brand ambassador.
• Ensure guest areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries and communicate any special requests to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, or yachting industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a high-end clientele.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and handle VIP guests with professionalism.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of yacht etiquette and protocols is highly desirable.
• Female candidates preferred.
