Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, engaging training sessions (in Arabic and English) on Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or ChatGPT
- Customize content to meet the needs of diverse audiences – from C-suite to technical staff
- Demonstrate real-life, AI-powered use cases relevant to government workflows
- Handle Q&A, follow-up resources, and feedback from sessions
- Coordinate scheduling and feedback with project stakeholders
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Based in UAE with valid residency visa
- Proven experience in training delivery for Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools
- Strong understanding of business process automation, digital adoption, and AI in workplace productivity
- Comfortable engaging with various levels of participants, from leadership to frontline employees
