Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner to the Business Development team during client discussions, understanding, capturing, and translating customer needs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape solutions that are both exciting for clients and executable for internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies across key markets, aligning commercial ambitions with delivery capabilities.
- Provide senior support on complex or sensitive deals, ensuring expectations are aligned and trust is upheld across all stakeholders.
- Drive implementation and documentation of scalable processes, including playbooks and toolkits, to ensure consistency and repeatability in engagement, sales, and delivery.
- Support the internal handover process so delivery teams are set up for success and clients experience a smooth transition from contract signature to go-live.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operations by creating repeatable frameworks that support scalable growth with quality and consistency.
- Apply strong project management skills to coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams and initiatives.
Requirements
- 7–10 years' experience in commercial, consulting, client solutions, or program management roles, ideally in tech, fintech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of product development and delivery processes; able to speak the language of feasibility.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proactive and calm approach under pressure; formal project management qualifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
- Proven ability to work with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders in high-value, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Skilled communicator and collaborator experienced in aligning with diverse functions including Commercial, Product & Tech, Finance, and Legal.
- Builder mindset; desire to improve, systematize, and scale processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with the Middle East.
- Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes, drive positive change, and bring structure from first conversation to final delivery.
