Chief of Staff to CPTO

Responsibilities

• Drive leadership reviews, track escalations, codify decisions and next steps, and ensure owners and timelines are clear to increase accountability and results across the organization.
• Orchestrate cross-functional strategic initiatives led by Product/Tech (e.g., license activation, regulatory readiness, partnership enablement, support for corporate development) from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning; translate strategy into OKRs; improve KPI visibility and tracking; maintain a single source of truth for scope, sequencing, and resourcing; support roadmap, sprint planning, and engineering resource allocation.
• Serve as the point person ensuring tech and commercial teams operate cohesively, aligning strategy, targets, and communication.
• Prepare company/partner materials, executive readouts, major presentations, and coordinate high-stakes meetings.
• Manage budget rhythms, investment cases, hiring plans, monitor burn vs. plan, and surface trade-offs early.
• Draft clear, concise, and consistent internal notes, org-wide updates, and partner communications.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in consulting, strategy/ops, product ops, or technical program leadership (preferably in hypergrowth, fintech, or regulatory environments)
• Technical fluency (engineering or product background preferred)
• Proficiency with planning/OKR systems, program delivery, risk and dependency management
• Executive communication skills (narrative writing, deck creation, board/partner-facing material)
• Strong bias to action
• High EQ, able to challenge, align, and unblock across functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with bank partnerships, licensing/regulatory workstreams, or on-prem/regulated deployments
• Fintech/payments, open banking, or data platform experience
• Arabic/English bilingual
