Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities in luxury yacht sales and charters.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Develop short- and long-term business development strategies.
- Source and acquire new clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and charter clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Represent the brand at yacht shows, networking events, and industry expos.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop pricing models and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Create proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients.
- Establish partnerships with shipyards, yacht brokers, marinas, and other industry players.
- Build a referral network through industry contacts and satisfied clients.
- Ensure client specifications and timelines are met.
- Monitor project milestones and client satisfaction.
- Report business development outcomes to senior management.
- Provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Russian speaking is essential
- 2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the yacht or luxury sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of yacht specifications, charter operations
