Responsibilities

• Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations
• Manage process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver business requirement documents for product optimization
• Provide operational findings and recommendations for execution by teams and executives
• Support day-to-day operations and champion a data-driven decision-making culture
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where rapid time to market is crucial

Requirements

• Past internship experience in projects is a plus
• Creative, data-driven, and a self-starter
• Strong knowledge of finance and economics
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to address operational needs and resolve complex issues
• High ethical standards, integrity, and passion for the organization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business units and regions, often with minimal supervision
• Excellent research, writing, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Graduate or undergraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are an advantage
