Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Welcome and serve guests when needed, taking orders and delivering food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and service areas
- Assist guests with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Support overall restaurant operations as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a casual dining café preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work across UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food & beverage service
- Ability to relocate within UAE
- Teamwork skills
