Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for revenue, volumes, and gross margin within the Middle East territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including joint business plans with distributors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust plans to exceed targets.
- Build and lead a team of five (Sales Manager Saudi, Sales Manager UAE, two Technical Demonstrators, Trade Marketing), providing clear direction and support.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the team for optimal performance and professional growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Expand the customer base by pursuing new business prospects.
- Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to support business planning.
- Analyze sales data to generate insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the pastry/bakery/ice cream ingredients industry (essential)
- Experience in people management or a supervisory role (must have)
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
- Experience with sales forecasting and reporting
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Arabic is highly valued. Italian or French are a plus
- Experience managing large geographic territories
- Strong strategic thinking and market assessment skills
