Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for revenue, volumes, and gross margin within the Middle East territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including joint business plans with distributors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust plans to exceed targets.
  • Build and lead a team of five (Sales Manager Saudi, Sales Manager UAE, two Technical Demonstrators, Trade Marketing), providing clear direction and support.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the team for optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Expand the customer base by pursuing new business prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to support business planning.
  • Analyze sales data to generate insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the pastry/bakery/ice cream ingredients industry (essential)
  • Experience in people management or a supervisory role (must have)
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Experience with sales forecasting and reporting
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Arabic is highly valued. Italian or French are a plus
  • Experience managing large geographic territories
  • Strong strategic thinking and market assessment skills
