Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage front-desk activities: handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
  • Prepare, process and maintain invoices, courier records, and essential office documentation.
  • Coordinate with banks for deposits, cheque handling, and routine financial tasks.
  • Maintain and organise office supplies, files and records for easy accessibility.
  • Assist senior management with scheduling, travel coordination and correspondence.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year UAE-based administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Currently based in Dubai and available for full-time on-site work.
  • Organised, dependable and proactive in handling office responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior UAE office experience with banking coordination.
  • Experience with travel booking and executive support.
  • Familiarity with office supply and records management best practices.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
