Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk activities: handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
- Prepare, process and maintain invoices, courier records, and essential office documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for deposits, cheque handling, and routine financial tasks.
- Maintain and organise office supplies, files and records for easy accessibility.
- Assist senior management with scheduling, travel coordination and correspondence.
- Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year UAE-based administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for full-time on-site work.
- Organised, dependable and proactive in handling office responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior UAE office experience with banking coordination.
- Experience with travel booking and executive support.
- Familiarity with office supply and records management best practices.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
