Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare and organize various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoicing
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and easily accessible
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for staff members
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases
Requirements
- UAE National status
- 1-3 years administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
- Attention to detail
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Professional demeanour and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
