Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for social media activities on-site with the client
- Build and manage editorial calendars, content workflows, and develop social strategies
- Lead social-first campaigns and activations from concept through execution
- Partner with analytics teams to interpret performance data and optimize strategies
- Liaise across regional and global teams for brand consistency and local relevance
- Stay up-to-date on trends, platform updates, and cultural moments
- Support client reporting, strategic planning, and performance reviews
Requirements
- 4–6 years' experience in social media or digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Fluency with key platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads
- Experience creating or managing social content in English and Arabic, or with translation/localization
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Emplifi)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech sector and B2B/B2C social strategy
- Previous work with or within global brands
- Familiarity with performance analytics and optimizing content
