Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for social media activities on-site with the client
  • Build and manage editorial calendars, content workflows, and develop social strategies
  • Lead social-first campaigns and activations from concept through execution
  • Partner with analytics teams to interpret performance data and optimize strategies
  • Liaise across regional and global teams for brand consistency and local relevance
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, platform updates, and cultural moments
  • Support client reporting, strategic planning, and performance reviews

Requirements

  • 4–6 years' experience in social media or digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Fluency with key platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads
  • Experience creating or managing social content in English and Arabic, or with translation/localization
  • Strong client management and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Emplifi)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the tech sector and B2B/B2C social strategy
  • Previous work with or within global brands
  • Familiarity with performance analytics and optimizing content
