Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by anticipating and responding to needs
- Greet, engage and build rapport with customers on the sales floor
- Drive sales through relatable, confident and social selling behaviors
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising and visual standards
- Follow policies and procedures, including asset protection and shrink prevention
- Support training, development and team communication
- Assist with stock replenishment and floor readiness
