Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by anticipating and responding to needs
  • Greet, engage and build rapport with customers on the sales floor
  • Drive sales through relatable, confident and social selling behaviors
  • Maintain store presentation, merchandising and visual standards
  • Follow policies and procedures, including asset protection and shrink prevention
  • Support training, development and team communication
  • Assist with stock replenishment and floor readiness
