Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing & Events

Responsibilities

• Create and execute visual designs for print, digital and outdoor media
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across marketing collateral
• Conceptualise and produce logos, advertisements, event artwork and campaign assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative briefs and communication goals
• Manage end-to-end design projects, timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for production and delivery
• Archive and organise design assets (photos, logos, collateral)
• Provide creative direction and mentor junior designers
• Contribute to marketing strategies and event concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Motion graphics
• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Arabic fluency
• English fluency
• Portfolio required

• UAE culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale events and outdoor advertising production
• Prior work within energy, sustainability or government sectors
• Strong animation and motion graphics portfolio
• Familiarity with brand development at enterprise scale
• Experience mentoring design teams
