Secondary Consultant (European)

Responsibilities

• Buy, sell and lease resale residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and property investors
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends and investment potential in the secondary market
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals and manage contracts to completion
• Generate and manage leads via referrals, digital marketing, networking and company-provided leads
• Use CRM and company marketing resources to track clients and opportunities
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate secondary/resale market
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Comfortable conducting property viewings and handling end-to-end transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• RERA licence or willingness to obtain one (company support provided)
• Experience selling in Dubai’s secondary market or luxury/resale segment
• Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) an advantage
• Prior experience using real estate CRM systems and digital lead-generation tools
• Existing network of property buyers/investors in the UAE or Europe
