Manager, Digital Communications ZSP

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Zayed Sustainability Prize annual digital communications strategy and implementation plan
• Lead digital content strategy across internal and external platforms in coordination with Communications and Marketing
• Manage and expand the Prize’s global presence on websites and social media channels
• Plan and execute web, SEO, email, display advertising and marketing database campaigns
• Work with marketing to execute paid social campaigns and coordinate with external social agencies
• Oversee relationships with digital vendors and manage website/content platform upgrades and relaunches
• Monitor, analyze and report campaign and platform performance using web analytics; optimize based on insights
• Evaluate emerging digital technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
• Build and maintain stakeholder networks and ensure knowledge transfer across internal and external partners
• Prepare timely management reports and updates as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing or related field
• 6-8 years digital marketing experience
• Proven web management and CMS experience
• Strong SEO & SEM knowledge
• Social media strategy and paid social experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities
• Budget management experience
• Data-driven analytics and reporting skills
• Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and strong organisational/time management
• This role is based in Abu Dhabi

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to sustainability or clean energy sectors
• Experience working with digital vendors and external agencies
• Experience defining insight-driven digital experiences and activations
